A little bit thin. I could have saved the time and money by just using RTV. I like using gaskets.

Fit my F-350 differential perfect. Bolt holes all lined up and no leaks. I used just a bit of sealant on both sides.

It did fit. Used on Ford E150 axle cover with Dana 60 axle.

Its a gasket, not sure what all I can say, but it sealed and does not leak. Came in nice and flat.

I installed the gasket and torqued the differential bolts to factory spec. Within two months I was getting gear oil weeping through the bolt holes and bottom of the differential. This never happened in the past when I used red gasket seal rather than a gasket. I thought I was saving time but now I have to drain the differential again and relace the gasket. Disappointed.

I haven’t bolted the inspection cover back on yet but matching it up everything seems to be in proper order.
