Perfect fit for Dakota.
Easy to install, will need 13mm and 15mm sockets.
A Ratcheting Serpentine Belt Tool Set is very helpful.
I used the Gearwrench 15 piece set.

The smooth pulley is not the right size. Too small for 2005 Jeep Liberty 3.7l. I could literally pull off the belt by hand. Luckily I could swap out with the old one, being the grooved pulley (the one you move to remove belt) was the bad one.

The tensioner fits fine and functions fine along with a new belt. My old one was weak and slipped badly in the rain. New parts took care of it. We’ll see how long the pulley bearings last and how long the spring holds proper tension.
8/10/24 – Still holding up but upon removal of the belt, I could feel the pulleys were lacking grease. They were spinning way “too” freely. I popped the seals on the bearings and saw just a dot of clear lube. Not a whole lot in there at all and most likely, the wrong stuff. I repacked them with wheel bearing grease and popped the seals back in. They feel much better and will likely have a much longer service life.
