First one did not work threw codes and made grinding sounds. Second one same exact problem grinding sounds and fault out neither one ever shifted my transfer case out of neutral but got hot enough to burn you. Maybe if you need a heater buy one of these but will not get you in 4wd.

Easy install, works like it should. Works like OEM part, I have 4wd again. Not sure how long this will last, seems to be made of quality materials though. For those unfortunate souls who have to replace the transfer case motor here are some tips for success. 1) Disconnect the negative battery cable, 2) Remove old part then install new one, 3) Reconnect the negative battery cable, 4) Turn key to on position (do not start engine) then shift transmission to neutral. Press 2hi button on the dash and your new motor should be working. Cycle through all the buttons to make sure everything functions.

Upon assembly, it works and did everything. It was supposed to fit just like the one that came out.

Ordered on October 23, 2024 and installed later. Product stopped working. Can’t figure out how to exchange it with the company. If I could give negative stars I would.

2000 silverado 2500, the female receiver on the motor is like an 1/8″ too small. Seemed like it was built well enough but no dice for me in actually working/testing it out
