I bought these Side Terminal Battery Posts to use with my battery charger. Side Terminal Battery Posts are a must when trying to charge a side post battery since there is nothing for the clamps to grip on. Anyway, these work okay but the threading moves freely which is a pain since you have to get half of the threading in the battery and the other half in the post in order for the post to stay on the battery. I’d find a Side Terminal Battery Post with a hard mounted thread.

These terminal posts do exactly as they are supposed to. They fit perfectly on the battery for my 93 K1500. I believe the batter has a T040/T041 type terminal. Any terminal that is 3/8″ should work. For my battery, they only screwed in at most 1 turn, but the connection was solid and they didn’t become loose.

I installed a battery isolator on a Chevy truck with side posts. I used these posts and completed the project.

Have a John Deere LA145 with 44″ snow bower and electric lift but, with it set up like this the hood can only be opened very little so these will be installed where I can hook up a jumper without having to lift the hood incase of dead battey.

Product is as described.

I read elsewhere on the internet it is important to remove the studs from the posts, screw them into the battery and then attach the posts. Works well. Allowed me to use a post-less battery on my Gravely tractor. A what???

Good price and fast shipping

Pretty easy to install. They fit and work as they should. Quality isn’t fantastic, the starter threads on mine were a little messed up, but nothing a file couldn’t fix.

Good value for the price — I’m sure you can find a better one if you spend more money. It serves it’s purpose well and should last. They are lightweight.
