At this price, why not change out your air filter! Great quality filter for an amazing price point! Cheaper than the discount stores and certainly the auto parts stores!

Fits great, appears to have more than adequate filter pleats (as if I can really tell the difference, hah), and just feels like it is well made (sturdy, filter material is firm, doesn’t feel like I’m going to break it or crack the rubber seal when handling it).
Used in a 2008 Nissan Sentra with the 2.0 engine.

When filters didn’t come standard, WIX was already inventing them. If you think all filters are the same, WRONG. Wix supplies to NASCAR , large trucking companies(engines cost $50,000+) NAPA(gold line),some auto manufacturers(but with their own label, no manufacturer makes their own).
I have only used WIX ,for too long to remember and at Amazon’s price, no paying for sales staff to tell me what I knew 40 yrs ago. This filter cost me over $8.00 more at my supplier. That’s more than one of my signature mochacinnos(I am a coffee chef)! Gee… I will have a capuccino grande (secco) and a cannoli alla cioccolata), still coin left for a tip! If you need to look up your filter #, go to: wixfilters.com and then select filter lookup, enter make- model-engine and presto! They’re made in Poland and they still cost cheaper than Nissan(Denso) filters. Wix have on average 50% more pleats, which gives more filtering. My Nissan Sentra Wix filter had 78 pleats. Less dirt means longer time between oil changes, since the dirt ends up in the engine oil! As long as it’s a Wix you can’t go wrong. Napa stakes their name on it(the gold line) and numbering is almost the same. Please check your air filter twice a year, they can get dirty before you know it. It will also help your oil run cleaner. Mark the install date on the plastic collar @ top with a Sharpie black pen, ink is longer lasting and it’s available on Amazon.

I put these on watch for pricing thru camelcamelcamel.com. When I see them come on sale, I grab a couple. They work just as well as the rest of the name brands and are cheaper. I change the air filters in all my cars once a year regardless of mileage and they are never terrible. That is another reason to buy Wix, they are cheaper and I keep up on changing them. This version I get for my sons 2011 Nissan Sentra that now has 108,000 miles on it. So I do not want to over spend on FRAM. Sometimes I can get AC Delco on sale too.

This is your basic air filter. It’s standard and exactly what you need for basic driving.
Installed on a 2008 Nissan Sentra. Went in in 5 seconds. Anyone can do this. Don’t pay 40$ to have it done at a shop.
This is the best price anywhere. Will cost you twice as much at auto parts stores and even more at a shop.
