Can never go wrong with wix. It does the job very well and the oil stays clean. With these GM 2.4 l engines you got to use the best.

UPDATE: From 2 stars to 4 stars, I removed this filter after 3000 miles and it looks in good shape and even though it’s made in China it’s still a WIX part because it’s well constructed, I compared it to the AC delco part from Walmart which is actually made by Hengst. The WIX filter is actually better made than the AC Delco see attached pictures of both. The WIX filter has a metal mesh inside which adds rigidity to stop it from collapsing or distorting under pressure from the hot oil flowing thru it, the AC delco one just has a plastic cage which is probably why it’s half the price. Anyway the WIX filter is made for full synthetic fluid and to go longer between oil changes which I won’t do so I’m switching back to Hengst but just want it to let everyone know that WIX is still a good product.

I buy these as they fit my wives car. These are cheaper than the ones at the auto parts store. These are super easy to Install and I have never had one leak. These oil filters are my go to brand and they fit perfectly.

This is a generic, made in China filter. Box says multiple brands, and for that matter, the WIX XP isn’t one of them. This is not a true WIX filter.
