Sorry. I have no idea what someone is on about wrong nuts. I can only assume they got a factory mistake.
I had the classic problem of needing to make direct battery connection, in my case, to power amateur radio gear. This does the trick. You undo the factory bolt that runs through the battery contact. The bolt doesn’t just fall out. There’s a plastic keeper. I just pulled the bolt out with pliers.
The adapter has a bolt the same length as needed to attach the contact. There is plenty of length on the back end to stack up any reasonable number of ring lug connectors. It’s all brass and worked smoothly. Just what was called for. There’s a small bonus The factory bolt had a persnickity little head that was difficult to work with. The adapter has a much larger position for the wrench. Much easier to deal with when it’s time to change batteries, although you will, of course, have to loosen the nut and probably remove the attached connectors to do that.
The Honest Critique –
This bolt allowed me to attached several more cables to my starter battery to power more devices. Seems well made but wish it had come with at least one washer.
However, one issue, the long stud is NOT the same thread as the short side and the nut fits the short side. If you need a fine thread nut for the long side you will have to buy one.

I bought these to provide a ground stud in my engine block. From there I ran grounds to the other locations required. Looks clean, professional. Recommend…

I had replaced two stinger brand bolts already, absolutely garbage and so weak, even if you’re delicate its impossible to keep em on the battery as the metal is soft and cant hold any slight torque so you never know when you stop. This bolt is awesome i was able to make it snug with no stripping issues so no more ground issues to my truck or amps. Not all expensive stuff is good especially now a days !

I have to add these for a couple of extra leads on my positive battery terminal in my Expedition. This one is made of good quality metal and the finish is good. The threads were good and I could tighten it up without messing up the metal.

I ordered two. Thy fit snugly into the dreaded GM side terminals providing a better contact than the flimsy OEM connectors. An added benefit is being able to attach accessories, and not have to use little vice grips to test or charge the battery.

These work great on my 1990 Chevy C1500. Everyone knows the stock battery cables on an OBS is a bad design, but with these the cables it’s a snug fit without stripping out the threads in the battery. There is also plent of room on the other end for accessories. I mananged to fit 0 gauge lugs on both ends when redoing the positive and negative leads for a Big 3, along with 4 Hi-Low relay terminals, and an amp.
