Seems to be perfect fit. Installed about 2 weeks ago and everything seems to work normally.

Installed on an ’08 528XI with the 6HP19. Dealer quoted on replacing only the bridge seal. Glad I did my homework because it was the sleeve seals that had deteriorated. Bridge seal actually not damaged (yet). Of course replaced everything anyway. Most difficult part was the electrical bulkhead. If not needed suggest just leaving that one alone. Very little access and risk damaging seals of new one trying to wedge it in place. Ordered pan + oil kit as well, transmission shifting just fine after.
Being AWD fill port was located behind the front driveshaft. Needed to be dropped when refilling.
*UPDATE*
After 3 months seals needed replacing again. Rubber already hard/brittle.
