I used This walker 02 sensor 350-34483 on my 2006 silverado with a 4.8l v8 .My truck had a p1113 code for bank1 sensor 1 up stream code and this took care of my problem .. its been 3 days now and so far so good .. this can be used for driver and passenger up stream bank 1 sensor 1 ..bank2 sensor2 .. i used a local auto parts website to confirm this sensor would work for me ..as amazon claimed it wouldnt .. so good luck

This is just my opinion but I think we’re going to spend $47 for an item it should last more than 66 days

The product worked great. resolved the o2 issue. make sure you pay note to the side the o2 sensor goes to. In my case, right and left downstream sensors were different.
