Product box not factory sealed. Plastic factory box seals breached. Box content’s missing manual and warrantee documents. Assuming this item was returned after another purchaser opened item and was dissatisfied then returned. Item was not examined when returned and properly brought back to factory release condition. I assume the unit was not tested when returned and could be faulty. I can return it also but this is one of the reasons I dislike buying on line. I’ll try to download the manual and test its functionality but the is a bad start.
