DrPrepper –
I’m so very disappointed. The charger is exactly what I wanted in every way. I just got it.. and the quality and capability is worth the price. That is rare these days.. This company is making great products.
This is not about the charger itself – It is the controlling/ operating “Victron Connect” software for Windows. The software runs fine on windows BUT it cannot connect to the charger’s bluetooth. So if that is the only device you have to operate the bluetooth feature in all their devices – You are SOL
This is a critically important fact that should be a HUGE asterisk beside any mention of bluetooth. What is so misleading is the software runs great – the natural assumption is the bluetooth will connect. My computer’s onboard bluetooth can connect with the charger, but software cannot.
It says a lot about the quality of the product that I have not already sent it back. I honestly don’t think there is a better product out there. But I will tell Amazon to put this information on every product page. We will see if Amazon responds in an appropriate manner or not.

After using many other brands marketed as high quality, each has left me disappointed. I should have just bought one of these years ago and saved all that other money. This will recharge a deeply discharged battery (7.4v is the lowest I’ve done so far) and restore the battery back to fully functional. The storage mode lets me leave this on and know my batteries are fully charged, unlike the other brands that quit charging.

Good charger. Does the job well. Only complaint is. In tight places the the CHEAP PLASTIC CLIPS fall off when hooking up the alligator clips onto the battery.

This charger is maintaining the 4 house batteries (6V in series for 12v, charging at 12v) on a diesel pusher motor home, and did a great job without using much battery water. Some reviews complain about the Bluetooth connection, but I have had no issues with that. Range for me is about 30′ and connects through the shop wall that is 6′ from the charger. After much research I chose this brand. While not the cheapest, or expensive, I have been happy with my selection, and would recommend.

Warniong: I did not realise that the input socket was for 110V which is not suitable for AU/NZ, so had to purchase another with the correct 240V power supply. Silly me!

I use multiple Victron products for my backup/auxillary power. Yes, they are more expensive than other brands but they’re well designed and durable. It’s money well spent and time saving.

Replacement for my Noco Genius G3500, worked flawless for 5 years but started to work intermitantly this spring. Used in my Hiker EOR Trailer. First wit AGM then Lithium for he past 2 years. The Victron was an easy choice, 5 year warranty, blue tooth built in, smart charging and maintaining all type of battteries. Close in suze to the Noco. Easy Install for me.

Product construction, connectors and packaging are all very good. Unfortunately, the product is not Universal for its supply/input voltage. The seller also do not provide an option for a different model that supports higher input voltages. This restricts purchases to the respective regional sellers and subject to less than competitive pricing, especially for non-commercial uses. A little surprising as I have purchased many reputable charging products from Amazon and there is either the option to select regional voltages or its universal. Perhaps it is worth considering some of these feedback for future ?

Used this charger to keep my old truck’s battery going through a hard winter. Simple to use and maintains the battery in an intelligent manner.
The Bluetooth feature seemed silly to me, but I found that I enjoy being able to check the battery status from my phone. The app is simple to download and use. I don’t think this feature would motivate me to get this model again, but I do enjoy it.
Good charger!

I purchased a less expensive charger that was DOA and had to be sent back. Rather than screw around I bit the bullet and bought the best. Victron is a solid company with high quality products. More expensive than most everything out there but you get what you pay for.
Charger seems to be working great on my 100 Ah LiFePO4 battery. Connected to the bluetooth app with no problems. Very happy with it so far.
