I got this for my travel trailer battery. This made it easy to connect the trailer, the solar panels, and a 12 volt plug near my bed for my cpap.

I wonder how long this will look this good in my dirty old Jeep? Probably a lot longer if I washed it once in a while. These battery terminal Posts are of course meant for a side post battery. Luckily for me, you can buy batteries with both top and side posts. I use the top posts for the big cables like the starter, the winch and the alternator. I like to use the side posts (like these) for smaller amperage loads like extra lights and accessories. Owning a Jeep, I have a lot of extra hot wires under the hood.
These side post clamps make life a lot easier and also make my wiring look less chaotic and more organized.
These Bus Bars are really nicely made and look just great. They are a little fiddly to use but worth the effort. I don’t know why they decided to use the weird design with the nut on the end of an adjustable screw? That is a throwback to when these had holes in the sides where you could clamp large cables in the holes and then also attach circular lugs to the top. Why did they retain this feature?
Regardless, they look great and they work great!

My Jeep has a bunch of light bars and accessories hooked up currently to my battery. This will definitely clean things up and organize my battery terminals. This is a life saver for hooking up accessories and looks pretty darn nice to boot.
It is a little speedy for what it is, but the quality is certainly there. It looks really nice. I have not installed it yet due to a recent surgery, but wanted to give it a raving review because it does feel very good quality and have no concerns with it doing what it says it will do. Can’t wait to get it installed in a few weeks and see how much it cleans up my battery compartment and cable management.
Pros – looks great, lots of studs to mount to, frees up your battery terminal, and compact enough to fit most applications. Plenty of bolts to hook up to.
Cons – Cost is a bit much for what it is, stud holes are a little small for heavy gauge hook ups (even though they say up to 4/O, I am not sure I would recommend that. With a big solder lug, maybe, but that’s a big cable, so depending on the terminal you choose, verify the measurements so they don’t touch when bolted down.
Still a great distribution system for your battery, and am pleased with this item. 5 stars!

This is a very nice addition to a battery setup if you have more than one item attached to it. It comes with provision for M10 or 3/8” and is very thick and robust. When you are dealing with 12v, you can get sparks when connecting to the battery. So with this you just get the spark one time instead of many times. It just helps to keep things organized and clean looking. And if you change batteries, it’s very simple to connect everything back.

I really like these terminals.
Way better than the 1/0 type that screw down the lead.
I had to drill out the bolt hole to fit my bank.. probably my fault for not reading size.. but my drill bit dulled fast like it’s made from stainless steel.. still unsure
But I bought another set for my second battery.

They did not fit my boat motor. I cannot rape this product because I did not use them. They are 2 long.

So this should be seen as an alternative to a stand alone bus bar. This distribution block has space for up to. 4 large lug terminals, and 8 additional small lug screw spots. Of course if you were to try to fill all 12 connection spots, the wiring would get a bit congested, but it is probably possible.
This seems well made, and should be handle the current that the connections would draw.
One thing to note is there is no insulated cover for this block, unlike most bus bars. So You may only want to use this in a situation where incidental contact is prevented by some other mechanism.

Was HAPPILY surprised by these Blocks! You never really know when you order online of the quality you’re going to receive, but these are SOLID!
Building a show-car is always a challenge, especially the electrical wiring. Lights, sound system, everything takes additional power and its hard to make it all look good. These blocks help immensely and look fantastic while doing so. I highly recommend these VGate Distribution Blocks!
