cable feels well made but however it did not fit my 2007 ford mustang gt it was about half an inch too short for the travel wouldn’t let the transmission go into park 4 stars because it was well made however loses star for misleading for fitment

I had a hard time installing it. That is my own issue due to no longer having a shop. The real issue is the cable is 2 cm too short to reach 1st through Park. It will neither release Neutral Safety switch, nor lock into park no matter what range of setting. 50″ (127CM) and not the 50.79″ (129CM) required to make the full range of all selections. After several frustrating hours and even hiring another mechanic, I am super exhausted mental and physically. Ordered one at dealersghip for next day pickup mon a Saturday. Please get spec length corrected.
