I was 1 hour into my auxiliary lighting solution for my vehicle until one of the male sides came apart on me only to see that the person who crimped the wire basically severed it…now I’m 80% finished my job and don’t have a replacement to finish them..

These harness pigtails are good quality. When my headlight harness decided to fall into my serpentine belt, it ripped the male connector off and spit it out. Leaving the female side still attached, but mangled. So I chopped them off and spliced in the new connectors. To my surprise, the replacement connectors were better than OEM. The wire was thicker & full copper. Although it looks like the same gauge wire, there was physically more metal beneath the insulation than stock. And the weather proofing on both sides of the connectors was good quality as well. I was very pleased with these connectors. They fixed my headlights. Now I can drive at night again with no drama or fear of getting pulled over.

They work okay but the plastic tabs are very fragile…
Need to be very gentle with them…
Other than that, the harness works very good!

So they worked as designed but the polarity was switched so when i spliced them to the light black was red and red was black. Once i figured out this seemingly obvious quality control error they fit good and were waterproof.

I have aftermarket headlights and when replacing them my connectors got broke. 2011 Kia Sportage so I purchased these, my friend had them connected in less than five minutes. I was able to replace my headlights. Very happy with this purchase.

Great item that solved my problem. Not happy that items like this are overpriced for what you actually get. A few wires and plugs. Maybe Amazon can come up with a way for us to purchase several small items like this and let them build up and ship them once they have reached a certain size or value.
