This aluminum housing is way more durable than the original plastic housing, and the polished, mirror finish looks fantastic too. The machined threads are sharp and the o-rings appear to be of excellent quality. I’m installing this on my 2021 Ford Edge. The filter included with the housing is unknown to me so I’ll order an original filter from Ford to use instead. Looking forward to the next oil change when I can see this on the car.

It fits as a retro fit product should. Looks nice, it is plastic like the original. Hoping it is as strong. No issues installing it. No leaks.

For anyone who’s still using the plastic filter, these are a must buy! Not only does it look better aesthetically, it functions great and won’t ever crack! Love when a product is bundled as well. With the o rings and filter included, it’s almost a no brainer. For the price it’s hard to beat. Would recommend!

Looks and works great. Just dump the cheap filter and get the factory filter. The one that came with it is NOT a quality filter. DONT use it!!!
