I was skeptical of this item due to the low price. I found the switch to be of high quality. The terminals are adequately spaced and have an insulated ridge separating the ground (needed for the voltmeter) from the positives. The switch has a solid feel and securely clicks on / off.
The housing includes inserts to fill the ports not being used, helping to keep out water or dust.
Installation is easy. Clear instructions are included.
I’m using it as a power switch for a 12v 30 amp pump and it’s working beautifully.

The battery disconnect switch installed with a little difficulty (this the 4-stars), yet functions flawlessly — I love it! It gives a quick view that it’s on and what the battery voltage is for our off grid setup. It is a well built and durable switch; it’s ideal to isolate our battery.
I had to drill and anchor it through the bottom plate so that the top would come off for access to wiring, etc. although it comes with three different methods to anchor it, two methods use the top plate secured against the bottom plate and then to the mount surface — which prevents you from taking the top off leaving the bottom plate mounted.

This is a great power switch with the added volt meter was a great extra function touch. Size is right. The satisfying on / off feel is nice. A d is a great way to extend a battery life.
Con the plastic part on one of the screws during installation slightly cracked.

I use this on off switch for my DIY solar generator box. It works perfect and gives me a voltage reading when turned on.

Just installed on my boat with 1 battery. Dial feels pretty solid. Volt meter looks good and accurate. Came with everything needed with multiple install options. I’m no electrician but figured it out. Had a hard time finding a video showing install with volt meter display. Only thing that confused me for a minute was the negative wire from the switch back to the battery. Finally realized the additional negative is for the volt meter display. I’m always worried something is drawing energy from the battery on my boat and its annoying disconnecting the wires every time. This makes it easy to cut power, and monitor the battery volts. Spend the extra $10 and get a voltage display. If this switch lasts, which I think it will, awesome product.
