I bought my first one and it started leaking at the crimp point after six uses, I thought maybe it was at a spot that was vibrating to much so I ordered another one and mounted it with a rubber clamp on an area that was away from the vibration, and as luck would have it this one doesn’t leak but it quit working after 3 months. Definitely do not recommend. Will not buy another complete trash product.

I purchased this pump for an engine test stand. It seems to be sufficient for that. It is important to note the inlet and out let are METRIC. The inlet is indicated as 12mm or 1/2 inch. It is 12mm NOT 1/2 inch, it is .030″ smaller than 1/2 inch. A 1/2 inch hose is a bit loose. Likewise on the outlet. It is 8mm NOT 1/4″. It is just undersized from 5/16 inch. You will have a very difficult time getting a 1/4 inch hose on the outlet. A 5/16 inch hose is a little loose.

The bad; the fuel pump body hemorrhaged gasoline all over the electrical connections and the floor.

This pump worked flawlessly for me. Easy to install and was cheap compared to the factory replacement ones!

Works pretty good buts it’s horribly loud. Installed on my 22R carbureted pickup to bypass the mechanical pump that had failed and to prepare for a future supercharger install where I will need higher pressures on the carb than the mechanical pump is capable of. Produced good stable fuel pressure on my regulator for that purpose but any pump should be able to maintain 3-4 psi with a high quality bypass regulator. I currently have no muffler on my engine and the whine of the pump is loud enough to overpower the engine at idle.
