Arrived earlier than expected. Was an exact match so very easy to install. Works great. Just be aware, it didn’t come with the mounting bolts so be sure to save the old ones. Would definitely order this item again if ever needed.

Perfect fit works as it should, one note, this unit comes with a pig tail wiring connection, the oem is a molded plug into the motor. Make sure you ziptie the pig tail wire connection to the inside of the door panel or the window will catch on the wire connection on the way down.

I could not get the unit to operate initially until I connected it straight to the battery. I cycled the unit several times prior to installing it into the door and it seemed to be working alright. The next day the regulator got stuck in the fully open position and the motor solenoid was extremely hot. I hope that I just got a bad unit and will ask for a replacement Update – I received the replacement 2 days after making the request and the new unit operates beautifully. It cam with the window carriage mid-position in the well lubricated track versus the first one that was all the way at the end with no grease. I was extremely grateful that they sent the replacement without requiring me to send them the old unit first. I changed my rating to 5-stars based on my satisfaction with the operation of the replacement and the prompt and courteous customer service I received 🙂

You need to do your homework on this before you order. Just because the description says drivers side front doesn’t mean its the correct part. I called the dealer and got the actual part number from Dodge. It turns out there are 3 different part numbers all the same except for the last 2 letters. There is an AA an AB and an AC. Mine was AC. The old one came out and new one fit perfectly. Entire job was less than an hour. I would recommend this part to anyone with a bad window motor. Just make sure you order the correct part.
