Unsure if it is Amazon or the seller who is accountable for this mistake. But i set my search engine to only show me options that were compatible with my cars year and model. This product came up as compatible yet when i took these parts to the mechanic for the replacement they discovered the brake pads were the wrong size and were not compatible with my car so I had to buy another set of brake pads since I couldn’t leave the mechanic now without them. Super annoying.
Customer service said the seller would contact me about a partial refund but apparently they don’t wrong their mistakes so I’ll be taking this to the BBB and the FTC

For the price I’m impressed! Brakes at autozone were almost double the price. I’ve had these on a couple months now and they are working fine.no squeezing grinding etc. I was skeptical at first but, I’ll buy from them again for sure!

The driver went to my side door and kept it out of sight. Super awesome job.
The shipper, however, did not repackage the products after being shipped back to them. All the bubble wrap was pooped/flattered and the box was ripped. It caused 1 blemish on the side of one of the rotors. “The package is the product” is what we used to say. Maybe try a smaller box with the appropriate style bubble wrap?
