Unit had bad O ring on assembly. Ended up having to get removed and repaired from dealer anyway!

Does not Fit a 2018 f-150, there is a bolt on the housing that hits the engine block and does not allow it to seat in place. The plastic one does not have that bolt there. my issue is the same as other reviews. Save yourself the trouble if you have a 2018 F-150 3.5 eco-boost, don’t buy it if you need it right away, or buy this to see if it fits and buy a different one that’s plastic just in case the metal one does not work for you and return the one you do not use. You will be happy you did this step if you don’t believe me and buy the metal one. I only tried it on a 2018 F-150 3.5L eco boost . I cannot speak to any other make model or year or engine size…

I understand the use of plastic to save weight, but not in this case. The TRQ part really weighs no more than the plastic Mopar part. Also had replaced the oil filter/cooler from another vendor. Same thing the metal part weighted no more than the factory plastic.
This was a direct fit, with no hassle to install it on our Grand Caravan. TRQ’s video is very helpful, as their other videos.
When looking for replacement parts, I will check out TRQ first

Received this thermostat housing fast and was very happy with the fit on a 2015 BMW X5 35i. Side by side it looked and fit as well as the OEM one that I replaced. It does come complete with sensor installed. Installation was simple and went in with no issues or leaks. I service a lot of BMW’s at my shop and I will be ordering again when needed.

Used this to replace my OEM Thermostat / Housing. It was fatigued and leaking, Used with a new metal crossover pipe also. Made for a sturdy repair. Good fit, no leaks, works.
