Measurement is incorrect. Used this on a nv3500 manual trans. Did not fit a 99-06 chevy 1500 u joint. Conversion u joint was needed
Is an inch longer than stock and should provide good connection as long it doesn’t bottom out on the speed sensor on inside of trans. When making this swap work i noticed the manual trans uses many same parts as 4l80 or th400. Stock Crossmember is impossible to find in junkyards or ebay but the 4l60 to 4l80 swap member will work
Requires 5-3205x Spicer combo size U Joint. This connects this bigger yoke to the half ton truck driveshaft. Make sure to use retaining clips on both sides of shaft for all u joint caps
