This oil cap looks great,. My problem its that Amazon’s fitment guidelines said this would fit my 1972 CJ5. It did not fit.I was able to modify the cap to make it work.

It broke immediately and almost dropped the broken part into the valve cover. I was lucky enough to remove it with a needle nose pliers.

When I got it I put it on the valve cover and twisted it closed and it poped apart, part of it fell inside the cylinder head so I had to remove the valve cover to get it out. It isn’t worth the time or trouble to return it ! Chinese junk !

Part and packaging looked perfect. Turned cap into valve cover 1st time and it came apart into 4 pieces. Was not pressed-punched enough for the torque of the cap.
