Posts are backwards compared to normal battery. Battery is a tad bigger than normal battery with lip all the way around bottom of battery (for holding battery down), and alittle taller with center section of this battery sticking up. Works great.

LITHIUM BATTERY MAJOR PERFORMANCE UPGRADE on my Corvette C8 Z06
One of the best and most cost-effective performance mods you can make to your car is to replace the stock OEM lead-acid battery with a Lithium battery. This TPE LiFePO4 Group 48 battery I found for just $319 on Amazon is a full 25 lbs lighter than the 40lb OEM battery on the Corvette C8 Z06, which is positioned high in the front trunk over the passenger footwell. The 25 lb weight savings improves handling, acceleration, and braking, without affecting reliability. Plus, it has 1100 Cranking Amps compared to the stock lead battery’s whimpy 750 Crank Amps. I’ve been running it for 6 months now in my ZO6 with no issues.
NOTE: TPE batteries are made in China, so you’d best order quickly as they will sell out quickly and may not restock at this pre-Trump Tariff price.

Never fails to start my Lexus in below freezing morning temps. Display shows voltage and percent of battery charge when you press the small button on the top. Very convenient handle to lift in and out. Sturdy yet extremely light weight compared to regular car batteries. Comes well packaged in pristine condition. Worth saving up for as is should last years longer!

This is the most impressive battery I ever purchased for any car. When I took out the old one, it weigh about 40 lbs to replace it with this one and it’s 16 lbs, I was stunned. It is smaller with more power, never ever needing maintenance. The car started very well. The battery even has a display showing voltage, and charge status in %. It does not discharge over time. Ergo, when I store the car over winter or longer periods, no charging, no cables dangling, etc. Can highly recommend this battery!!!

Do not buy this battery if you do not want to have a serious car accident. The battery has BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS) that can disconnect the battery from the car and killed the car alternator. That is what happened to me. I bought the battery on 03/03/2024 and installed it into my car on the month of May of 2024.
I do not like to write reviews, but I decided to write this review to save lives. My review is based on the experience I have of using the battery in five months. While I was driving on the road with my wife, the Battery Managements System disconnected the battery from the car and killed the alternator. The car lost total electric power. We almost have serious car accidents, but luckily we did not. The car was tolled to the car repair shop. The generator and the battery were replaced at a cost of $1,000.00. I give the Lithium Battery one Star because of the Battery Management System (BMS).
I got in touch to the Seller and Amazon after the incident, they were very helpful. The Seller refunded the amount I paid for the battery. Although I lost $1,000.00 in repair cost, but I am happy that we are alive.
The manufacturer should recall the battery and fix the Battery Management System (BMS) before selling them as car batteries.

Installed in a 2004 911 GT3 in April 2025 and dropped 40lbs off of the full size battery that was installed previously. I will update this post as time goes on, but so far, so good. My only note so far is that the battery percentage indicator is not linear. I.e., the actual “charge” between say 80-90% is much greater than between 40-50%.

Excellent choice for a drop in replacement for my 2013 Chevy equinox. It works well, no complaints, and makes me strongly consider this as a replacement for my other lead acid batteries. It should out last a lead acid battery by a long shot. However, I can’t accurately comment on longevity ar this time given having just installed it 11/30/24. Someone threw shade over the directions. To their credit, the silver button isn’t explained in the directions, but is covered in the literature on the page. That should not stop you from buy this product. Here is the excerpt:
“Emergency Switch (Silver Button)】: After the battery is not discharged normally and causes a power loss, the protection board detects that the power is too low (30%), turns on the three-minute warning (interval power failure reminder), and starts the protection after three minutes, and it can be used normally for 10 minutes after the emergency switch is pressed,If accidentally pressed it will lock, press it again to recover!”
