    My 2014 Forester was throwing a code for the lockup solenoid and lighting up the dash like a christmas tree. I pulled the valve body out and replaced this part. Havent uad any issues for a few months now so its safe to say, problem solved!

    The one I got last only 5 days.
    Try sth else, not this one, the resistance is correct, just failed.
    The resistance is correct does not mean it is good!

    The one I received came with oil on it, idk if it is a used one, and in total it took me 5~6 hrs to install it & take it out, thx god I did not pay a mechanic to do it.

    As an experienced auto technician I tried this route to save some money and it worked for about 30 miles and then the solenoid would not release the torque converter pressure causing the car to stall when coming to a stop. I do not recommend replacing just the solenoid as Subaru doesn’t sell them separately from the valve body if I could rate this product a zero I would
