It appears low quality, but my existing gasket between after my car was leaking right before a tune. I threw this in as a hail Mary. I gave it a gentle first heat cycle, took it for a tune, they discovered no leaks and it survived the tune and track days. Why have I been buying more expensive gaskets?

I used these to replace some cheap & low quality gaskets that came with my Turbo Back Exhaust. These are way nicer and are of really good quality. The gaskets are thicker and seal up perfectly. No more leaks!! Perfect for anyone who gets those “cheap” gaskets with their aftermarket exhaust kits.

2010 STi worked out fine not as thick as cobbs but close and did job I’d def buy again got me outta pinch.

Allowed me to easily fix an exhaust leak from my midpipe on a 3 inch exhaust on my 2011 Subaru WRX STI. FINALLY got rid of the PFF PFF PFF PFF idle puffing noise that was driving me crazy.

This item is sealing the joint between midpipe and y-pipe for a 3 inch aftermarket exhaust from TurboXS. These gaskets are a great fit, though they are just slightly (3-5 mm) larger width wise than the flanges they seal up (dimension between bolts is fine and fits perfectly). Just mount with the “excess” edge of the gasket hanging out the top of the exhaust flanges, and you should be fine.

I also bought a set of 2.5 inch gaskets for when the muffler joints start leaking, but have yet to have a true need for them.

Material wise, these gaskets are fine. Personally I generally prefer a true MLSG (multi layer steel gasket), but for this application, something that has a softer and more compliant core like these graphite core gaskets that have steel outer layers should help seal better, at least until normal wear and tear from exhaust pipe movement wears them out in several years.

Purchased to replace a worn out 3” exhaust pipe gasket on my 15 STI. Great quality product with perfect fit, highly recommend.

Son como las describe muy buena calidad

  7. End User

These gaskets are pretty damn great! Great quality and for much cheaper than you’ll find at your local auto parts store! Highly recommend.

Although the old Gasket is mangled you can see the differences:
    1. Bolt Hole spacing is way off
    2. Outside Diameter too small ….. BUT
3″ Inside Diameter is fine, in fact I wish this had worked for my GM 4.3l Vehicle. I think is is better constructed than the “OEM Replacement” which I had to double up to seal properly. (too thin)
