I really liked this muffler, it’s got a good mild sound that’s obviously not stock but definitely not obnoxious as others but still nice and throaty. The quality of the material was nice and easy to weld to and also was able to easily weld other mounting arms on it.

Make sure you consider the ID and OD measurements if you plan to install your self. Can be a little confusing unless you have it all figured out.

I wasn’t sure about this muffler because it’s not an everyday name. When I installed it I was extremely impressed with the sound. I have not been on the highway yet to test it but around town it sounds great. It has a nice rumble to it , it isn’t
The loud turn heads sound , which I didn’t want.
If it wears or rust out I will buy one again

This muffler is NO performance muffler no sound at all , I’m not happy had it installed and was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED

Good muffler…didn’t give my car as much of that ‘sound’ as I would have liked but it did make it sound a little meaner (I even add resonating tips, which may have helped a little). Will have to save up & buy a different model Thrush or different brand altogether to get more of the rumble sound. One thing I will clarify (for others before they purchase it & other pieces to install)…it is a 2-1/2″ inside diameter (not outside diameter). I didn’t make sure of that when purchasing (by googling it) & was forced to run to a local store to buy the additional parts to install (since I had already buzzed off my factory mufflers). Other than that, it was an easy intall – just get some clamps, light it up & tighten up.

Went from Megaflow to these Thrush Turbo mufflers (2-1/2” dual exhaust) to quiet the exhaust down and eliminate the drone at cruise rpm (2500-3000rpm)… exhaust is quieter but not too much & drone is gone….I also installed a H pipe so that may have helped as well…overall happy but my wife thinks it’s still too loud so it’s probably perfect…

Welded install on a 2004 F150 with a 4.6. It isn’t a performance muffler really. It sounds nice but isn’t that much different than a stock muffler. You won’t be turning heads with it or anything. Good basic muffler with slightly enhanced sound. Great value.
