I got this to secure a loose oven handle as well as future projects. The fastener is insulated from the full heat of the oven but will likely get at least somewhat hot. This product is rated at 356 degrees F so it should be fine for my application. I really like the dispenser design. After you remove the locking collar, you’ll be able to twist the top to allow for the product to flow. You then just push the bottom of the bottle up to dispense. I recommend you place a rag or paper towel under the fastener since this product flows readily. It would be nicer if it was a little more gel like.
The biggest problem I see with this product is that the listing and label isn’t designed to appeal to the US market. The title of the listing is “Mittelfest B243Eco Blau – Schraubenkleber 50m.” I think most buyers in the US will have no idea what they are trying to sell! Also, while the label does have an English translation, it does not have the US buyer in mind. They should include Fahrenheit values and the volume in ounces as well. If the seller makes those fixes, they should have a better chance of expanding their reach into the US market. These deficiencies also impact its suitability for US workplaces, the guy on a job doesn’t want to have to do math conversions to find Fahrenheit values! If I were a buyer for a US business, I would not buy this product as currently labeled.

This isn’t your cheap Walmart thread lock but it’s the real deal ! It works to lock down bolts and screws in high vibration areas on engines tools doors and firearms to keep screws from backing out! Save yourself the time and hassle and lock down your screws and bolts the first time the right way!

I use thread locker all the time when mounting rifle scopes, securing loose nuts and bolts around the house and on my vehicles, and in machining projects in my home hobby machine shop.
This thread locker works as good as or better than other brands I have used. It does what it is supposed to do and firmly locks up the threads, but, the nut, screw, or bolt can be removed without heating because this is a medium strength locker. Exactly what I need in most of my applications.
What is truly unique about this product is the application bottle. The accordion shaped bottle and “dosing cap” allow you very fine control over how much you apply. Gone are the days where I need to keep a small amount of paper towel at hand to remove the excess thread locker because too much squirted out of the tube as I was applying it. This bottle works great!
I would highly recommend this product to gun enthusiasts, machinists, DIY’ers, and makers.

Works fantastically. I had only ever used loctite in the past, which is so watery and thin, i am always left wondering how effective it actually is. Plus best case scenario, it’s always a mess to use. It never even occurred to me to look for a better quality thread locker than whatever they have on the shelf at HD.
This Bäder brand thread locker is above and beyond. Its a thick gel that does not drip. The accordion applicator is a great idea and makes precise application of the gel very simple. I put together an office chair today and all of the fasteners came with a little dried up blue spot on them. I guess that’s supposed to lock the threads, even though it’s all dried up? So instead I put a drop or two of this thread locker on each one and it went together beautifully. No mess, no drips, not a single speck made it anywhere except on the threads of the screws.
None of this is a surprise though, German-made tools are always the gold standard, this one is no exception.

After going through countless tubes of the cheap stuff, I decided to give this a try. This is hands-down the best I’ve used. From the precise dispensing tip to the performance of the threadlocker itself, it’s in a class of its own. No longer do I waste any by accidentally dispensing too much as its easy to get just the perfect amount to dispense from applicator. The large size and elimination of waste should make this last a very long time. Furthermore, it doesn’t require the fasteners to be completely free of oils/greases to work effectively, so I can save a few minutes by not having to meticulously clean the internal and external threads (though of course you should always at least wipe everything down to get rid of dirt/contaminants). I highly recommend this high-performance threadlocker.

I haven’t yet put this product to a full test on a project, but straight out of the box, this seems to be a quality manufacturer. It is a little strange to see German as the primary language used on the label, but everything also has the English translation.
The dispensing bottle design is very unique with an accordion squeeze that makes using just the right amount simple and easy. Other much more expensive name brands use a standard squeeze bottle and a screw on cap to cover the tip. If you’ve used them, you know the screw retainer fluid ends up dripping onto the cap threads eventually. Then when you go to use it again in a few weeks or months, you discover that you have successfully applied screw retainer to the cap threads and it isn’t coming off easy (or sometimes not at all!) So now you have a bottle of retaining fluid with no easy way of dispensing it.
Needless to say, I really hope this product performs well as medium strength thread locker. I have rated this at 5 stars but if I find any fault in the product, I will update my review to reflect that. But based on my initial impressions, I highly doubt that any update will be needed.

I’ve had a tiny bottle of thread lock, and don’t tend to use it too frequently, but have put together a few projects recently that I wish I had applied thread locker to, so thought I’d give this a try. This is a good-sized bottle and has a unique “accordion” squeeze bottle which works well. This stuff also has a slightly gel-like consistency…it does take a steady hand for very small bolts as it seems this sized bottle may be better suited to larger bolt, but still totally usable.
