A bit pricey for a wire connector, but for those of us with limited experience and patience with electrical connections it’s a real time saver and worth every penny. Connectors and wires are reasonable quality, and came nicely packaged.

Works great but horrible instructions. I put this on a 1999 Honda Accord LX. It’s somewhat misleading thinking there was a t-connector as at fist I could not locate the “spare” plug and assumed it went between the brake controller plug and this unit (as they have the same connector type. SO after 3 attempts to locate the plug as no one reviewed that a part was missing, I tore apart the entire drivers side trunk panels. So the spare plug is not low near the tire well where the majority of wires are but in the upper fender well in the drivers side trunk. That alone had me baffled for over an hour. If I was 3 ft tall I may have noticed it sooner but who would think to look under the trunk frame. Once found, plug and play. However wire was a tad to short and had to disconnect zip ties for trunk light wiring to have a enough slack to get through tire well. Also, you will have to enlarge the grommet plugs to get the large plug adapter through. Use a Dremel to make two opposing square notches just to the outside edge of the grommet ring. Then slit the grommet with a pass wire through. Seal with duct tape.

Was towing a U-haul and discovered the old hook up converter box went bad after 10yrs. Ordered this and arrived 2 days later and had it installed and routed under the trim 15 mins later. Autozone sells the kind you have to cut and splice, but this one plugs right in to a connector on the left side light assembly under the trim. Works great and Fits perfectly on a 2002 Honda Odyssey with no cutting and splicing.

The place that put in my trailer hitch on my 2006 Honda Pilot couldn’t seem to get it wired. This was SOOOOOO easy to install. The car is already wired, you just have to look at a YouTube video to see how to remove the panel to access it. Then you just PLUG IT IN! Really, it was that easy!

Who knew there was already a wiring harness plug hidden in the back floor panel of your 2003-8 Honda Pilot (and other cars listed)?
This wiring kit just literally clips into this wiring plug (pop off the panel cover) and then you replace the cover and plug the other end to your trailer lights and then turn n brake lights on trailer work in tandem along with those on your car. I couldn’t believe it was that easy but it was. Took me less than 5 minutes. Shameful that I have been sneaking around on short trips without the lights on my trailer working for years because I thought this was something special I had to have an auto shop install. Crazy easy and works great.
I bought the magnetic “stick on” trailer lights and just pop them on when headed out to town for anything and then just remove when I’m using the trailer around the farm.
Awesome n easy!

Worked perfect, out of the box and hooked up on less than 30 min

I purchased this to hook a trailer up to my 1999 Honda Cr-v. Installation was a breeze. There is a plug behind the drivers side rear compartment speaker that this harness plugged into perfectly.
Everything seems to work great, except I have to figure out why my trailer lights don’t light up when I turn the headlights on. Probably the trailer, not the harness.

Perfect solution! Had an older SUV, needed to move some furniture to a daughter’s apartment from SJ to SD in CA. Extremely super easy to install (MDX pre-equipped), simple plug-and-play! On the cheap. Would’ve cost me $80 to “install” at local trailer rental company. Trailer rental requires trailer lighting. Huge help from online video, got part name and #, then found part on Amazon. BOOM!
