This was a direct replacement – installed the points and condensor. 8HP Tecumseh on Arians Snow Blower (HM80) started up on first pull (also installed new carb)

THESES POINTS ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED! THEY CAME IN PLASTIC BAG LABELED TAIWAN, WITH NO P/N ON EITHER THE POINTS OR THE CONDENSER. I SPENT THE EXTRA ON THESE THINKING THE WERE GENUINE TECUMSEH PARTS. IF YOUR LIKE ME AND DON’T MIND SPENDING A LITTLE MORE TO GET AN ORIGINAL PART, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THSESE. I’M ONLY GIVING THESE A RATING OF 2 INSTEAD OF A 1 BECAUSE THEY DID WORK.

The plastic block that holds the spring on the points the block was too wide, had to us old one but got it on
