Store bought spark plug wires are ok
However if you want the finished product to look professional making your own plug wires is the way to go and the spark plug end needs to snap in place like these,, no chance of the plug wires falling off

I’m restoring an old truck, and purchased a set of ignition wires that resembled the old style factory ones. They were OK, except the ends that attached to the plug where cheaply made, and fit to the plug loosely. Ordered these, and they are excellent. Thicker metal, solid, and a tight fit to the plug terminal. Highly recommend this brand if you are building up your own ignition wire sets.

I have an almost new set of spark wires and I was taking them off to change the plugs. When pulling off I pulled the wire out of the end. I figured no big deal I’ll open it back up and put it back on well in doing that it broke. So I went on amazon to see if they sold these ends and they did I bought them and the new end went on easily and I’m back in business. Now I have a lot of extras for the next time.

Everyone needs some spark plug terminals right? My husband did and I got them for him. He used them, says they are ok. Take his word for it if you have blind faith in someone you’ve never met. Enjoy these bad boys, I hope they are everything a spark plug terminal should be. I wish you well!
