On the plus side, this set gives you a pair of wiring harnesses so that you can change both sides, for only 50% more than most of the single-harness sets. On the downside, it does not include bulbs, while most of the others do. I was also surprised that the packaging was a simple plastic bag, while most of the other sets are boxed. I suppose this doesn’t make much practical difference, but it definitely affected my first impression. One thing that might matter more is that the wiring appears to be of a lighter gauge and the sheathing is both lighter and less neatly done. In practice, I don’t think this poses a safety issue, but I suppose it’s another reason why this set is a bit cheaper. With the current 10% coupon, it could be the most cost effective way to replace both tail light harnesses, as long as you already have replacement bulbs or are able to reuse the existing ones.
