For the last several years I’ve been a mob armor magnetic phone mount user. They have great magnets and are removable which I love. I have not been able to figure out how to make one work in my GEN 3 Tacoma though and that led me to the Tackform mount. It’s really well built. The magnet is very strong, comparable to the mod armor mounts. Installation was very simple though I recommend backing off the screws on clamping mechanism just a little bit to make sure you get it seated nice and snug before you clamp it down. I read some reviews of people’s phones falling off of this mount. I can’t see how that would happen unless you are on the most horrific washboard surface ever or it’s just user error. Really the only negative is the loss of directional control of the vent it’s attached to. And in my case, if I’m being honest, it’s on the passenger side so it doesn’t affect me ;-).

I’ve been a truck driver for many years, have dealt with many phone holders, with the magnetic grab, as well and this is not only a perfect fit for your vehicle (2023 Toyota Tacoma) but the magnetic grab actually works great through my otter box case. Not one other magnet I’ve had does this.

This holder fits tight. Nothing shakes it loose. The magnetic holder works well though I switched to a different holder. But the mount is solid.

Wanted this phone mount since I bought my Tacoma and I must say this is probably the best phone mount I’ve ever owned. Super easy install and comes with different options which is really nice and the screws even have some pre applied thread lock. Love that it comes with 2 magnets for your phone I put it behind my case and have had no issues with it not holding or falling yet. I highly recommend anyone with a 3rd gen taco to get one! The price isn’t bad and you don’t have to worry about if falling out of your vent or anything. The design is awesome they thought of everything the rubber where it clamps to the outside of the vent prevents from any scratching and makes sure it won’t slip. Install was a breeze and took me at most 5 minutes and I was incredibly happy with my purchase. 10/10 recommend for all my other 3rd gen taco people!

Very sturdy and secure, I have the same brand for my work truck F550 and it works great , I have had the Tacoma mount for about a month and works just like I expect. Iv had the work truck mount for 2 years and I can honestly say my phone has never fallen off of this mount. Highly recommend this mount

Solid product, sturdy and not cheap like all the others on the market. Only down side is your A/c won’t reach as your phone blocks the vents or vice versa your phone may overheat in the winter when heat is blowing
