I love using these types of relays in automotive because they are usually quite reliable to me even in high vibration environments. The spade terminals are the perfect size for the pins I usually use and they hold on tight, and the diagrams on the relay aren’t too unntuitive and it doesn’t take much to figure out how it works so you can hook it up.

These are high powered relays you can handle a lot of amps. I have many applications in our shop.

I got this relay to use as a horn relay in an older jeep when I replaced the horns. It was easy to wire and accepted standard size blade connectors, making it an easy install. The mounting tabs are sturdy and made mounting on the firewall easy with two screws.

I use these in an annealing kiln, it runs 5 days a week, and I go through one about every year, but I never know when, so I keep a spare at all times.
