Perfect for my car. Wanted to have my phone holder beside my flat screen display on the dash (Honda Accord). Secured the holder to the backside of the display and had the arm stick out from the side to hold the phone. Very strong magnet and don’t worry about my phone falling out. Base sticker is solid too.

Nachdem Kauf eines neuen Fahrzeugs wieder mal die Frage: Wo das Handy anbringen? Ich wollte nichts an der Windschutzscheibe und auch immer diese Halter für die Belüftungsgitter finde ich blöd.
Bei der Recherche bin ich auf diesen Halter gestoßen und ich muss sagen: Dieser ist einfach perfekt. Durch den magnetischen Ring hält das Handy (ich habe den dazugehörigen Metallring – sehr dünn übrigens, was gut ist – auf meine Handyhülle geklebt) sehr fest und wackelt auch nicht oder fällt ab… Es hält einfach! Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig und man kann den Halter in alle Richtungen ausrichten. Sogar der Fuß ist drehbar (mit einer hörbaren Rastung) Durch das 3M Klebepad hält der komplette Halter bombenfest auf der Mittelkonsole (siehe Bild). Wie gewohnt, lassen sich 3M Kleber auch restlos wieder entfernen. Ich habe beim Iphone könnte man in der Mitte des Kreises noch den induktivlader einsetzen (gibt es wohl aus Iphone Zubehör), da ich aber ein Android habe ist das bei mir nicht der Fall. Ich kann hier auf jeden Fall 100% Kaufempfehlung aussprechen. Alleine schon aufgrund der hervorragenden Verarbeitung

Ok so I have only been using it for a few days, but thats actually a lot of usage for me. My primary occupation is delivery driving for various services. I mount and dismount my phone well over 100 times per day in rapid succession. With our current season the mornings are frigid and mid day is still in the 90s(central New Mexico mountains).
I read a lot of the 1 and 2 star reviews and my takeaways were 2 main complaints.
1 mounting strength, this breaks down into 2 groups improper installation or misuse.
2 magnet is to strong. If you are prying your phone off the mount forward I assure you any vertical mount is going to break loose. The best method is to either press down on the armature with the back of your hand and pull up with thumb and forefinger, or slide it off sideways. I typically use the sideways dismount as its faster and offsets the mount less.
The magnet is actually strong enough if you are using the external ring you can actually miss the center and have a strong enough grip to hold under most situations. Usually at least with my setup I hit a bit lower than center. If I need it fully secured bumping it gently from the bottom will snap it into dead center.
How I installed, start with a paper towel one that is lint free and a bottle of isopropyl wiped down very wet and scrub, wet again, then wipe with dry clean cloth. Allow to air dry for 5 mins. If cloth has significant grime, repeat until dry cloth is clean. Allow dash to sit in sun for 10-15 mins to warm the surface. Peel the seal back and press VERY hard on the mounting base in folded position to initiate the bond. Wait about 2 mins and press and wobble around the edges and force any remaining air out of the adhesive. Move into shade or cover with insulating cloth and wait 2 hours. Give it one last good squish, recover and wait for the curing to complete(3 or more hours).
I have accidentally yanked my phone directly off the magnet several times already and it has not budged at all thus far.
Will update when or if this changes.

I purchased this in November and it worked well. But now that temperatures are warming up in the spring, the adhesive just doesn’t hold the mount securely anymore. That’s frustrating because it’s a nice product, feels sturdy and the magnet is strong.

It is very sturdy. Installed easily. I am not sure how can I remove it easily. I installed into center console of BMW X7, works well. Positions easily. Turns 360 degree.

This is a quality holder. very nice. The magnet required precision for strong placement so i applied a larger surface area similar type piece of metal to the back of my phone case instead of the supplied metal ring and it works great.

Works great! I’m very happy with this product. I was impressed by its weight and how strong it feels. It holds my phone with no problem, even driving on rough terrain and holds its position well too. I haven’t needed to readjust it unless I wanted to watch a video or something. Was easy to install too. You do need a pretty smooth surface or it won’t hold so keep in mind if you have a rough or porous dash. I bought two of these. One in my vehicle and the other for my dad’s vehicle. Stuck like glue in mine but his took some creative effort since his dash was rougher. I attached a piece of smooth plastic to his dash then attached the syncwire. Works perfect now. You MUST install in the shade and don’t place any weight on it for 5 hours to allow allow the adhesive pad to set. After that I had no problems. It’s well made and strong. Very durable. Adjusts to multiple angles for multiple uses. TIP: when adjusting angle or direction, hold the base while adjusting with other hand to make sure there are no issues with it coming loose. I plan to buy another one for my daughter’s car!
