This fit my 2003 Accord V6 without any problems. It is shaped a little differently from the OEM part I replaced, but the difference makes it easier to install. The OEM hose passes through a small opening which made removal difficult and I was worried that I would not be able to route this hose through. When installing, I was happy to find that this hose routes close to the firewall and does not need to pass through any small openings. I am very happy with this purchase.
