This Install tool for dust caps will make installing and removing dust caps a breeze. This tool fits over your 1.98 dust caps and catches the lip of the cap so during installation you are not hitting the top of the dust cap and risk denting or bending it. Removing is just as simple just slide over your dust cap and with the hammer knock the handle up and down to wiggle the dust cap out. No more pliers crushing the edges of the dust caps.

if you don’t have one of these, it’s very difficult to get the dust cap on without damaging it. I do believe it’s quite expensive. However, it does the perfect job.
