While the cable reaches the grounding location on the block just fine the bolt that goes into the battery was too short and the small aditional wire doesnt come with a connector. I made it work by turning it into a top post cable and adding a connector for the small short wire but you shouldnt have to do all that. I suggest just making your own cable instead

Part fit fine, works well. Installation was much harder than expected due to the tight quarters getting onto engine.

Cable looked well made except for the terminal bolt,
Too short to be useful! Had to purchase slightly longer terminal bolts. For AC Delco I was expecting better!

Old cable was all gunked up n corroded from oil leak and other gunked up greenish shhh… I cleaned the block real good and my check engine light went awat. I think it was a 1351 check engine light code. Truck was not starting on first crank and sometimes it would take a few tries. Now all is working good. I also replaced the cap and rotor so either fix cleared the check engine light. V6 2wd. 180k miles still running strong. Now the main issue is getting the rear brake lights to light up.
