Even though it was a British car, it had the American type threads on it, so I had to send this one back and order the right ones, but the new one worked perfect.

Fits perfectly on my 02 Mazda protege5 2.0l engine for oil pressure gauge.

Using this to install a water temp guage on a tractor. The Kubota has a 1/8″ bspt female port for the temp sensor. The adaptor has a 1/8″ bspt male port, a 1/8″ npt female port on the side, and a 1/8″ bspt female port on the other end. I had to drill the 1/8″bspt female port out on the adaptor and tap it to a 1/8″npt port to fit the sending unit, which was a 1/8″npt male. The 1/8″ npt port on the side was plugged. The adaptor screwed into the tractor using permatex teflon sealer. The sensor screwed into the 1/8″npt port that I tapped and used permatex teflon sealer. So far it works and doesn’t leak. I would have preferred an adaptor that had 2 female 1/8″ npt and 1) 1/8″ bspt. It works fine after adapting the adaptor.

I used this on a Nissan KA24E engine to be able to hook up a fitting to hook up a mechanical oil pressure gauge. The threads fir perfectly and did the job. It replaces the original sending unit and has a port on the side that will allow the standard 1/8″NPT fitting to use any standard mechanical oil pressure gauge to connect and then replace the original electric oil pressure sending unit to be fit on the end so no wiring for that needs to be changed.

This will be used for my turbocharged Lancer project build to tap into my oil sending unit and feed my turbocharger with oil.
The product looks very well machined and has a substantial weight to it. Top notch quality part! I would definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for a affordable adapter tee fitting (bspt male & female with a 1/8 npt port)
