Fit my air filter cabin profoundly… soo happy for this purchase

I don’t know if it makes any difference yet, I just installed this filter. I have a 2007 Scion tC and it fit it perfectly. As for the mileage, it is yet to be determined. I will update after a few months time. The summer is usually pretty dirty around my area. We get loads of wind, and I live right on the edge of the high desert plains, as well as many wild-fires this time of year. So it will get a work-out! After summer is over, then I’ll update. The OEM version’s supporting frame-work is made of black rubber. This frame is a solid white plastic type frame. I hope it seals, but glad there is a secondary filter on the box to keep any wayward solid bits from entering the intake.

I’ve noticed better fuel mileage with this filter. If the lid doesn’t close properly turn the filter 180° so it’s seated properly. Other reviewer complained about that but all you have to do is turn it. Very happy with my purchase.

I was late replacing my air filter, because of this I did some research and cared about the next air filter I’m installing.
This air filter is very nice, lasts longer but in my case and more importantly increases my gas mileage and gave me ~8 horsepower. Will be buying these going forward.

I had a K&N but the fit was too tight. It took a lot of looking to find this filter, appears well made. I believe it will flow enough air for the supercharger on the street. For the track I’ll run a screen in place of the filter. Very impressed thus far, once I get some miles on the car I’ll update the review.
