Always hesitant to try one of these dongles due to the price point. This was priced more reasonably so figured it couldn’t hurt. I wish that I found this sooner!
This thing is responsive and now when I get into the car it just connects. Dongle comes with adapters for whatever plug type you have. Setup took less than a minute and don’t have to worry about anything when turning car on or off. Don’t even have to take phone out of my pocket anymore. You can see in the video that touchscreen has all of the functionality!

Works well! I successfully paired this wireless CarPlay adapter to my vehicle in less than 5 minutes. If you have a car that is CarPlay enabled like my vehicle it’s fairly simple to install- plug the dongle in your car’s USB port /turn your phone’s WiFi on/See if the adapter’s network pops up (don’t select it)/Turn your phone’s Bluetooth on and select the device. The kit comes with 2 USB adapters / USB-A female to USB-A male and USB-A female to USB-C male. I enjoy using the wireless CarPlay adapter since my phone’s lightning connection is damaged and will easily come unplugged. My previous adapter would randomly clip the audio, but I haven’t noticed any audio issues using this adapter. I will update if any issues arise as I’m extremely picky with my audio quality but so far this adapter is a winner! I highly recommend this wireless CarPlay adapter as it is easy to install, works well and is affordable.

This thing just works, no messing around or anything. On first setup I never got the prompt to use Carplay but after I turned everything off and back on it connected and works perfectly. I went on a 6 hour road trip and was able to stop and start several times and it always connected right away. It played music or audiobooks the whole way and Google and Apple maps both… text messaging, phone calls everything worked as good as if it were plugged in with a wire.
The device did get a little bit warm, hopefully that won’t be an issue in the Summer when it’s really hot in the truck. You do have to have a way to charge your phone though, the only drawback to Carplay is how much it drains your battery and since this is wireless that’s especially true. Plugged in via USB you don’t have to worry about that.

Please make sure to read the listing fully. I thought this was able to use with a non car play ready unit. I was wrong. Easy to connect directions are easy to follow. Put in a car play equipped car and having it connect wirelessly is nice..

Set up? Easy. Plug in, pair, done. Like Soviet radio—once working, never touch again. It fires up every time I start the engine, like loyal Lada in winter. Siri works, music pumps, GPS guides like babushka yelling directions from back seat.
Aluminum body feels strong, not cheap plastic toy. Comes with USB-A and Type-C cables—very thoughtful, like neighbor who brings homemade jam without asking. Only thing keeping from full five stars? First connection took two tries. But after that—solid.
If you drive car with wired CarPlay and still live like it’s 2012, this device changes your life. Now I just sit back, blast hardbass, and let technology handle the rest.
