Judging by the problems experienced by others, and the fact that there are no instructions provided, I have come to the conclusion that installation was attempted from the back side of the inner primary, instead of from the inside. Called the mfr, he sez install from inside.

Not sure how this could even work. Doesn’t look right at all.

O-rings provided were too large a section, had to move to a smaller section o-ring. Locater hole misplaced, had to enlarge and move. Bolt provided to anchor is too large to clear my motor, had to go to a button head, file flats on it to use the locking tab. The backing plate also interfered with my motor, had to machine off some to clearance. Still, I couldn’t make the basic part, so I had to modify and use it.
