Excellent product that saves the replacement of the shifter cable dealers cost for cable is $1,500

I used this kit to fix my broken shifter on my 2001 TT which is the same as a mk4 VW. The old bushings disintegrated and I could no longer shift. I cut a small hole in passenger side of the aluminum shift box and was able to get this one without removing the drive line or exhaust. Now I can shift through all 6 gears and replacement will be easier next time.
