These would make a decent replacement and comparison to an OEM part. The plastic item is a tiny bit on the cheap side, but at full price.

I recently purchased camshaft position sensors for my BMW E92 based on good reviews and a low price. While they function well, I encountered a major issue.. they started leaking oil less than a day after installation. The problem lies with the O-ring/seal, which doesn’t fit tightly. I should have suspected trouble when the O-ring was easy to push in. My advice? Don’t make the same mistake. Spend a little extra and buy a quality product the first time around.
