Installing a new power point in camper. Better then plastic ones. Nice, looks good. Going to use as a extra power point for 12 volt refrigerator and other 12 volt items. Easy install just drill hold a little bigger then the outside of the plug. I did remove rubber cap. Just unscrew outside from the inside remove rubber then screw it back together. Also by doing this it keeps it tighter to that metal plate.

Unlike a lot of the cheaper adapters, the plugs for devices fits nice and tight in this one with no wiggling around. Looks right nice also. Installation is dirt simple.

I had a plastic socket which didn’t hold my portable refrigerator plugs captive, resulting in sporadic connectivity, sparks, and melted plastic. This thing is metal, holds those same plugs without issue, and solidly built. If you are running any 12 VDC device using a cigarette lighter plug, this is the socket you want.

Stainless steel is nice, but they need to do away with craptastic spade terminal for the ground.

Works great 👠it covered up a hole that was to big for a regular socket very solid
