I really liked this item But gave 3 stars because it did not fit my car vent. I have a 2014 Prius V and the rubber part that was to insert onto my vent wasn’t long enough to reach my vent. There is a plastic wheel that sits behind the rubber that prevented the rubber part from reaching the vents in my car. Either remove the plastic wheel OR make the rubber longer to reach the car’s vent.
The seller was timely with delivery! Return of item for refund was also very timely.

I had purchased a phone mount for my car and received it on Friday, on Saturday while installing it I broke it. Please understand that all the parts where working when they came but, in my haste, I broke one of the pieces. I called on Saturday expecting to get an answering machine…. I did not I got a wonderful gentleman whose name Amazon won’t let me use here so let’s just call him Gab F. I explained that the product came working and that I broke it. He took care of it under warranty and had it shipped out to me with in a couple of days. It is now holding up my phone in my work van. The mount is very nice, but it is a commodity, the real step up here is in their customer service, it is top notch. Well done.

The spring that holds the vice is very strong which makes installing tand retrieving the phone difficult. But the strong spring is needed to secure the phone so it won’t fall out. Once installed, the device works very well.

I found one of these at a thrift store & bought it. It fit perfectly in my Kia Sportage for mounting my phone while using GPS & it works great for charging my phone as well. I probably had the thrift store one for about 2 years when one of the sides peices snapped off. I searched Amazon for one like it to no avail when I remembered that it had a name on it. I typed in in to Amazon & there it was. It was identical to my old one & the price was great too. Please don’t ever stop making these.

When first started using it, I really liked it. It was easy to install and worked well. Fast forward three months and the arms holding my phone are jammed up and the button on the back doesn’t work any more. I would like to get this again, but if I have to replace it four times a year, I’ll settle for something that I like less that lasts longer.

This is my third Scosche phone mount. One for each car. I love my Scosche mounts. They are seriously solid mounts and hold my big Android phone securely.
It sticks firmly to my dash, without damaging my dash so my phone is right within easy reach. My other two mounts are magnet mounts, but for this car I need to be able to connect via USB so the magnet mount is redundant. I was concerned about the strength of the clip in mount, but it works beautifully and my phone slips in and out easily while still being secure in the mount.

Been using this phone holder for 4yrs they do break after about a yr of daily everyday 6days a week use. 1 holder on right side will break its a guarantee it’s my second 1. Bought 3 this time. They’re are Probably way better I just like it makes no noise doesn’t rattle holds phone tight sticks to dash tight. I have a big A71 and a new S24 FE holds phone great for the price.

I bought two of these suction mount units. One had an issue and I contacted customer service. I received a reply within 24 hours and they addressed and rectified the issue immediately.
The mount is quite versatile and easily converts from windshield, dash or vent literally in seconds. This replaces a horizontal dash holder that slipped and not nearly as adjustable.
Very much worth your time and investment. Item shipped quickly and as stated customer service is excellent.
