I just replaced my power steering pump because of the whining sound it started making, and this one not only whines much louder, but I can feel it in the steering itself. Not to mention the part was SLIGHTLY too big to fit in between the mount and required a lot of work to force it in. Also, the tube was angled in the reverse direction. Supposedly this was a “verified fit”.

Used this item to replace a customers failed power steering pump. Customer within a week called to complain the pump is making noises again. Disappointing…
