This will still give you errors

there are 2 temp sensors – if your harness doesn’t fit it that means you’re trying to jam it in the wrong place – black is thermostat, white is radiator

Installed this ECT sensor on a Honda Ridgeline. Original still functioned but value seemed a bit off. After installing this instantly got CEL code (P0118). There were no codes prior. Tested both with multimeter, had similar values (~4kΩ@32F°; ~3k@65F°. Maybe resistance is different with reference V applied but didn’t test it further. Returned and got one from a box store instead.
