- OEM Clutch Replacement Kits: Our LuK LFW200 flywheels suit a huge variety of vehicles! The flywheel is an integral part of your clutch replacement.
- Replacement Flywheel: Today’s tightly packaged clutch systems leave little room for error. The clearance between the disc damper and the flywheel-to-crankshaft bolt heads is so small that the flywheel must be replaced with every clutch installation.
- OEM Flywheel: As an original-equipment supplier, LuK develops the performance specifications for individual vehicle applications. Each OEM part is carefully crafted to suit the exact needs of a car, keeping in mind its year, brand and make!
- LuK Flywheel: Designed as bolt-in replacements, LuK RepSet and solid flywheel options provide increased torque capacity and many feature clutches with a larger diameter than the original clutch they replace.
- OEM Flywheel Replacement: Each component is engineered and manufactured for flawless performance and each LuK Flywheel is 100% functionally tested, guaranteed to meet OEM performance specifications!

High quality at a fair price.

I chose this for its economy, and so far it has worked well. It went in my ’96 Toyota Tacoma 4×4 and so far has preformed wonderfully.

I couldn’t get this to go onto my crankshaft spindle!!!
It’s all of them too, I even went to Napa and bought another LUK flywheel and it was the same deal. I ended up going to orileys and bought one from there and it slid on perfect. Do not buy this flywheel if you’re installing it on the 2.7 3RZ

Unfortunately the pegs were missing, keep in mind these are pressed in at the factory, not something included separate in the box. I had to buy a new one locally, at a higher cost. This is the first time I have had an issue with LUK. In fact the one I bought locally was also a LUK brand (in their own packaging), but it had the pegs.

I bought this Flywheel with an Exedy Clutch for my 1999 Toyota Tacoma hoping to do the job myself, but I never had time. Brought it into a local shop that was able to do the job in 1 day. Hooks up like brand new now.

Purchased when I was replacing my clutch. Was machined very well and packaged fantastic. My existing flywheel was still pretty pristine, so I was able to return it, no hassle.
Lance Johnson –
Perfect fit, high quality. Can not beat Luk, very nice quiet clutch with excellent grip now.

I have mixed feelings because replacing my flywheel made me realize that the one I had was poorly balanced. My big disappointment was finding out that the LuK200 Flywheel that I ordered came with the six bolt holes mis-machined to be about 1/16 inch toward the alignment pins (see photo attached). I had to use a rotary file grinder to elongate all the clutch plate holes to align with the bolt holes in the flywheel. Other than that everything went OK, and my truck seems smoother because of the better balanced flywheel.
