Great packaging, and overall great product. This steering upgrade makes the stock one look like a joke. Also the directions were really good and detailed with pictures except for one thing. I did EXACTLY what it said and drilled the holes in the knuckle and pitment arm to 5/8ths then reamed it to a 3/4 hole. Attempted to install the tie rod ends to the hole and it did not go in all the way. Measurements seem to be off. I had to ream it more and make it slightly bigger for the stem to go all the way through so the cotter pin can work on the castle nut. This is my only complaint about the steering kit. Hence the 3 stars. I am a huge rough country fan and am running a 4.5 inch RC lift on my XJ. They have some great products and I just wish the directions were a little more accurate.

Drilling/reaming the knuckles was fine, but trying to do the same to the pitman arm, while it was in place, ended up being impossible for me. In RC’s defense, they suggest not trying to do this. Rented a puller from the autoparts store, and it was not up to the task of getting the pitman arm off my 20+year old Jeep. So I ended up cutting it off and buying another. Drilling/reaming the new pitman arm, while held in a vice and using a drill press, was much easier/possible. This assembly goes in pretty quick otherwise, and is definitely a hearty upgrade to the stock steering, as you can see from the comparison pics others have posted.
The RC reamer worked fine, but you do need to buy it separately, and it’s not all that cheap.

Failed to mention that I’ll need both steering knuckle upgrades because the tie rod ends don’t fit into stock knuckles. Wish they offered the complete kit. It’s another $500 for the knuckles FYI 🤨

Reaming the tie rods to 3/4 “ is needed tool is $60-100. And I was in aware that this would happen, if you are running 15” wheels you will need spacers for additional clearance. Good product, poor description. Also $60-100

Not worth it. You have to drill out holes for it to fit and need at least $60 worth of bits to make it work. Just buy a OEM one.
