I tried to contact rough country via there website, but they never replied or got back with me. These shocks are terrible. The 18 year old OEM shocks that I took off my Excursion road 10X better. The install was really easy, but bouncing down the interstate like I’m in a hydraulic lowrider contest in not ideal, and probably not very safe.
